Convocation (A Group of Eagles) is the player leadership council of the Etowah Football Program. It consists of players representing our Senior, Junior and Sophomore classes who have demonstrated the potential to be leaders in our program. These players went through a 9-week leadership training course where they not only developed their leadership skills, but also developed and defined the core values of our program: Accountability, Toughness, and Love, as well as drafting our player contract. These players serve as both a thermostat, setting the tone and temperature for our team, and a thermometer, assisting the coaching staff in keeping track of the pulse of the team.
